The Ignition Specialist position is a contract role based in Colorado Springs, Colorado. This position plays a crucial role in the security and locksmith industry, focusing on the installation and repair of locks and security systems. The successful candidate will have a significant impact on customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service and ensuring the safety and security of our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall and repair various types of locks and locking mechanisms.Perform key cutting and duplication to meet customer needs.Evaluate and troubleshoot security systems to ensure they are functioning properly.Provide exceptional customer service to address client inquiries and concerns.Maintain meticulous attention to detail during all installations and repairs.Document work performed and report any issues or recommendations to management.Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and workflow efficiency.Required and preferred qualificationsA valid drivers license.Your own reliable vehicle.The tools for the trade or the means to purchase the tools needed.Proven skills in lock installation and repair.Experience in key cutting and duplication.Working knowledge of various security systems.Strong customer service skills.Excellent attention to detail.Preferred candidates will have relevant certifications in locksmithing or security systems.Relevant experience in the locksmith or security field is a plus.This is a 1099 Independent contractor position.
