Ensure quality control and quality assurance protocols are followed to maintain laboratory standards. Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment to ensure optimal performance. Document laboratory procedures and results accurately in accordance with regulatory compliance. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to support optimal patient care. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise in laboratory testing. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related field. Proficient in various laboratory techniques and procedures. Industry-standard certifications relevant to laboratory science are preferred. Experience using relevant laboratory software and tools. A proven track record of working effectively in a laboratory setting.
