Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing clients with information about services and products. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a professional atmosphere. Assist with basic administrative tasks, including processing payments and handling client records. Collaborate with hairstylists and beauty professionals to ensure a smooth flow of the day-to-day operations. Actively seek to understand client needs and respond accordingly to enhance their experience. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a salon or related environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with salon software and booking systems is a plus. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
