Your contributions will directly impact the customer experience and the efficient running of the station.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with fueling their vehicles in a prompt and courteous manner.Handle cash and card transactions accurately while ensuring a balanced cash drawer.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fueling area and store.Provide information about available products and services to customers.Monitor fuel levels and report any issues or discrepancies to management.Support the team in promoting safety and compliance with operational procedures.Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Strong customer service skills.Previous experience in a retail or customer-facing role is an advantage.This role involves working closely with a team of petrol attendants and collaborating with management to ensure effective service delivery.
