As a Translation Project Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting language service operations within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate translation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to client specifications. Communicate effectively with clients to clarify project goals, timelines, and deliverable requirements. Review and edit translated documents for quality assurance, ensuring consistency and accuracy in language use. Collaborate with translators and other team members to address and resolve any issues related to project execution. Utilize project management software to track progress, document changes, and report on project status. Train and support new translators on project requirements and company standards. Participate in team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and brainstorm improvements to workflows. Required and preferred qualifications Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Proficient technical skills related to project management and translation tools. Excellent problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. Fluency in one or more languages in addition to English is strongly preferred. Relevant work experience related to project management or translation is desired; formal education may be substituted with significant experience.
