As an Ignition Technician, you will be part of a collaborative work environment where attention to detail and exceptional customer service skills are critical in successfully addressing client needs.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnosing and repairing ignition systems and related components.Utilizing locksmithing skills to rekey or replace locks as necessary.Providing customers with accurate and timely service while ensuring their satisfaction.Maintaining detailed records of services performed and parts used.Collaborating with team members to address complex problems and improve processes.Staying up-to-date on industry trends and technological advancements.Ensuring compliance with all safety protocols and regulations.Required and preferred qualificationsA valid drivers license.The tools for the trade or the means to purchase the tools needed.Your own reliable vehicle.Ability to pass a background check.Proven locksmithing skills.Strong problem-solving abilities.Experience in customer service roles.Excellent attention to detail.Technical aptitude with mechanical systems.Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Pay is per job. This position will involve working closely with a team of technicians and may require interaction with customers on a daily basis.
