Your efforts will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and the overall efficiency of our operations.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver products to designated locations within the established timeframes.Ensure all deliveries are made in a safe and efficient manner.Maintain accurate records of deliveries and customer interactions.Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.Communicate with the logistics team regarding any delivery issues or delays.Provide exceptional customer service during each delivery interaction.Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while on the road.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven time management skills to meet delivery schedules.Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.Previous experience in a delivery or driving role is preferred.Basic understanding of geographical areas in and around Pretoria.The team structure consists of drivers collaborating with logistics coordinators and warehouse staff to ensure seamless operations. You will report to the logistics manager, ensuring effective communication and coordination. This role may involve cross-functional collaboration with other departments to address delivery-related queries or concerns.
