We are seeking dedicated Plant Cleaners to join our team at BMW located in Pretoria, Gauteng. In this full-time role, you will contribute significantly to maintaining a clean and orderly work environment within the plant. Your attention to detail will play a crucial role in ensuring high cleanliness standards that align with our operational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform regular cleaning tasks throughout designated areas of the plant.Ensure that all cleaning materials and equipment are used safely and efficiently.Maintain the cleanliness of floors, machinery, and equipment.Report any maintenance or repair needs observed during cleaning tasks.Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while performing duties.Coordinate with other team members to ensure a smooth cleaning process.Keep track of cleaning supplies and notify management of needed replenishments.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Strong attention to detail to ensure cleanliness and safety.Previous experience in a cleaning or custodial role is preferred but not required.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.The ideal candidate will work closely with facilities management and other operational staff to support overall plant cleanliness and safety.
