We are currently seeking motivated General Workers to join our team at the Impala Mine located in Brits, North West, South Africa. This is a full-time position that offers competitive compensation of R 7000 per month. The work environment is physically demanding and requires teamwork and effective time management skills.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform general labor tasks including hauling, lifting, and carrying materials as directed.Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the work site.Work collaboratively with team members to complete assigned projects efficiently.Follow safety protocols and ensure that safety measures are adhered to at all times.Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.Participate in regular team meetings to discuss project updates and safety practices.Conduct routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment as necessary to ensure efficient operations.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent is required.Demonstrated ability to work in physically demanding conditions with physical stamina.Strong teamwork skills; ability to work effectively as part of a team.Good time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.The team structure is collaborative, with general workers reporting to supervisors on-site. Cross-functional collaboration may be required with operational and safety teams to ensure efficient and safe work practices.
