We are seeking dedicated General Workers to join our team at the Kusile Power Station located in Emalahleni, Mpumalanga, South Africa. This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the facility. The General Workers will contribute to various tasks that are essential for the functioning of the power station, actively supporting a collaborative work environment that emphasizes teamwork and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine manual labor tasks to help maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the power station.Assist with equipment setup, operations, and maintenance as required.Work collaboratively with team members to execute daily operational tasks.Follow safety protocols and regulations at all times while performing job duties.Participate in the loading and unloading of materials and tools needed for operations.Help with any other tasks assigned by supervisors to support overall operations.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma.Demonstrated physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor.Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.The team will consist of various General Workers collaborating to ensure efficient operations. Reporting relationships will be established with supervisors who will provide guidance and support during daily tasks.Collaboration with other departments may be required to ensure seamless operations and communication throughout the facility.
