Provide guidance on job search strategies, including networking techniques and interview preparation. Assist clients in creating cover letters and LinkedIn profiles that enhance their professional presence. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to offer relevant and contemporary advice. Measure client progress and satisfaction through feedback and adjust services as necessary. Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content that attracts potential clients. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Proven expertise in resume writing and job search consulting. Familiarity with job search platforms and career development tools. Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse clientele. Minimum of 2 years of experience in career coaching, human resources, or a related field. More experience is preferred.
