The Division Manager for Electrical Construction will be responsible for overseeing projects and leading a team in the Wilmington, North Carolina area. The role is critical in ensuring that electrical construction projects are executed efficiently, adhering to safety standards and client specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the electrical construction team to ensure high levels of performance and safety.Oversee project planning, execution, and completion, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.Develop and maintain project budgets, tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary to stay within financial goals.Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality results.Conduct regular team meetings to communicate project status, resolve issues, and provide guidance to team members.Implement and enforce safety protocols on job sites, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.Evaluate the performance of team members and provide coaching and mentoring to foster professional development.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.Proven leadership and team management skills.Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting.Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical construction management preferred.Familiarity with industry-standard certifications and safety practices.The Division Manager will work closely with project managers, engineers, and onsite workers, fostering a cohesive team environment focused on achieving project milestones. This role reports to senior management, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential, as this position will engage with various departments to facilitate successful project execution and problem-solving during the construction process.
