As a Procurement Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that our purchasing processes run smoothly and efficiently, making a significant impact on our overall operations.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the procurement of goods and services by negotiating with suppliers and obtaining quotes.Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data to help inform purchasing decisions.Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to assess purchasing needs and provide solutions.Ensure timely delivery of products by coordinating with suppliers and monitoring shipment schedules.Review and analyze purchasing requests to ensure alignment with company policies and budget constraints.Generate purchase orders and follow up on outstanding orders to minimize delays.Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and evaluate their offerings.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Strong communication skills to interact with suppliers and team members.Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities.High attention to detail to ensure accuracy in procurement processes.Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.This role will involve collaboration with various teams and require you to report on procurement activities and outcomes.
