We are seeking a skilled Backend Node.js Developer to join our team on a full-time basis. This role will be essential in building and maintaining robust server-side applications, ensuring optimal performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end. You will contribute to projects that significantly impact the development and functionality of our systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain server-side applications using Node.js and JavaScript.Create and manage RESTful APIs for seamless integration with front-end systems.Collaborate with front-end developers to determine the optimal integration solutions.Utilize Git for version control and collaboration on code development.Perform code reviews to ensure quality and maintain standards across the codebase.Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise.Document development processes and maintain clear records of changes made within projects.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.Proficiency in Node.js and JavaScript.Experience in developing RESTful APIs.Strong knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.At least 3 years of experience in backend development.This role typically involves working within a team of developers and directly reporting to the lead developer or project manager.
