The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of Salesforce development experience, including 3+ years in an Architect role, and strong expertise in OmniStudio, integrations, enterprise Salesforce architecture, security, DevOps, and federal environments. Key Requirements - 10+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience - 3+ years of Salesforce Architect experience - 3+ years of strong OmniStudio experience - Hands-on expertise with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, Triggers and Validation Rules, Reports and Dashboards, Profiles, Permission Sets and Sharing Rules, OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures Integration and Architecture - MuleSoft Anypoint Platform - REST/SOAP APIs - Enterprise system integrations and middleware - Scalable and secure Salesforce solution architecture - Troubleshooting, production support and enhancement delivery Security and DevOps - NIST / FISMA / ATO environments - RBAC, SSO and MFA-aware design - Secure development practices - Vulnerability remediation - CI/CD pipelines - Azure DevOps / Git - Structured SDLC and deployment practices AI and Emerging Technologies (highly preferred) - Salesforce AI / Einstein - Agentforce - AI-assisted workflow automation - Intelligent workflow solutions Certifications Required: - Salesforce Platform Developer I - Salesforce Platform Developer II - Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect Strongly preferred: - Salesforce OmniStudio Developer Additional preference: previous Federal Government or Government Agency experience.
