Key Responsibilities * Identify and develop new business opportunities within the engineering and construction sector.* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders.* Prepare technical and commercial proposals, presentations, and prequalification documents.* Analyze market trends and identify strategic growth opportunities.* Collaborate with Architecture, MEP, and Project Management teams to develop winning proposals.* Represent DSC in meetings, networking events, and business development activities.* Expand and maintain long-term client partnerships.
