We are looking for a skilled Estimator specializing in Property Damage Restoration to join our team in Winona, Minnesota. This is a full-time position offering an annual compensation of $65,000. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of restoration processes and will play a crucial role in assessing property damage and preparing cost estimates for restoration projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess property damage and determine the scope of work required for restoration projects.Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates using Xactimate software.Collaborate with clients, insurance representatives, and project managers to gather necessary information for estimates.Review work orders and other project documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy of estimates.Monitor project progress and adjust estimates as necessary based on changes in scope or unforeseen damage.Provide support to project teams throughout the restoration process, ensuring alignment on the estimated costs and timelines.Participate in meetings to discuss project status, challenges, and solutions with cross-functional teams.Required and Preferred Qualifications2-4 year degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.Proficiency in Xactimate software for estimating purposes.Experience in property damage restoration estimating is preferred.Strong analytical and communication skills.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.The Estimator will work closely with project managers, field technicians, and clients to ensure successful project execution.
