We are seeking dedicated Plant Cleaners to join our team at the Kusile power stations located in Emalahleni, Mpumalanga, South Africa. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation of ZAR 10,000 per month. The ideal candidates will possess a high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrate a strong attention to detail in their work, as this role is crucial in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the plant environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine cleaning tasks throughout the power station to ensure a clean working environment.Maintain and organize cleaning supplies and equipment.Monitor and report any maintenance issues observed during cleaning.Follow safety protocols and procedures to ensure workplace safety during cleaning activities.Assist in the removal of waste materials and ensure compliance with disposal regulations.Engage in team meetings and provide input on cleaning processes and efficiency.Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure all areas of the plant meet cleanliness standards.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Strong attention to detail in cleaning tasks.Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.The Plant Cleaners will be an integral part of the facility's operations, reporting to the site supervisor and working closely with other cleaning staff and maintenance teams to ensure a clean and safe environment.This role requires effective cross-functional collaboration with maintenance and operations personnel to address cleaning needs and ensure operational effectiveness.
