We are seeking dedicated Cleaners to join our team at Tintswalo Hospital in Polokwane, Limpopo. The successful candidate will be responsible for upholding high standards of cleanliness throughout the facility, impacting the overall experience of everyone who utilizes the hospital's services.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform daily cleaning tasks in assigned areas, including patient rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and utilized.Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards encountered during cleaning activities to the appropriate personnel.Follow infection control protocols to maintain a sanitary environment.Organize and manage daily cleaning schedules effectively.Interact with staff and patients courteously while accomplishing your duties.Assist in special cleaning projects as needed to support hospital operations.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Exceptional attention to detail.Prior experience in a cleaning role is preferred.Ability to work with various cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.The Cleaners will work closely with the housekeeping team and will report to the Head of Housekeeping to ensure that all cleaning activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.
