We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Property Management Assistant to join our team in Holland, Michigan. As a part-time member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of property management, enabling us to maintain a friendly and inviting environment for our residents. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to provide excellent service and build strong community relationships. Key Responsibilities Assist in daily property operations including tenant communications and maintenance requests. Organize and maintain property files and records for accurate tracking and reporting. Help coordinate property inspections and ensure compliance with regulations. Support leasing activities by setting up appointments and assisting potential tenants. Manage communication and relationships with vendors and service providers. Provide administrative support to the property management team, including scheduling and correspondence. Monitor rent collection and follow-up on late payments as necessary. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Prior experience in property management or related field is a plus. Familiarity with property management software or tools is preferred. Minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative experience.
