We are seeking a qualified ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Dallas, Texas. This full-time position offers an annual compensation of $130,000. The successful candidate will have a pivotal role in shaping our IT service management solutions, developing applications, and enhancing our ServiceNow platform. This position requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and functionalities according to business requirements.Utilize JavaScript to customize ServiceNow applications and enhance user interfaces.Integrate third-party applications with the ServiceNow platform using REST APIs.Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document technical requirements and solutions.Ensure the implemented solutions align with ITIL best practices and organizational guidelines.Participate in Agile development processes, ensuring timely project deliverables and quality standards.Provide support and troubleshooting for all ServiceNow applications and functionality.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including UI and backend scripting.Strong knowledge of JavaScript and REST APIs.ITIL knowledge is required for this role.Experience working in Agile development environments.Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.The ServiceNow Developer will work closely with IT teams and project managers to ensure successful project implementation. You will report to the IT manager and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in our service management processes.To succeed in this role, knowledge of common tools and technologies in the ServiceNow ecosystem is essential. Collaboration with various teams will help to ensure that the solutions developed meet the needs of the organization effectively.
