HomeNurse4U also offers Medora, a SaaS trial operations platform that orchestrates patient-centric services, ensuring structured workflows, secure documentation, and real-time visibility across global activities.Role Description This is a remote, contract role for a Registered Nurse supporting patient-centric and hybrid clinical trials. The Registered Nurse will provide mobile nursing services, including home visits to perform assessments, administer medications, collect specimens, and monitor patient safety according to study protocols. The role involves documenting all clinical activities accurately, using digital tools and platforms such as Medora to maintain compliance and data integrity. The nurse will collaborate with trial coordinators, investigators, and Patient Concierge teams to schedule visits, address patient questions, and support adherence to study procedures. Day-to-day tasks include patient education, ongoing communication with trial stakeholders, adherence to regulatory and ethical standards, and participation in training and quality assurance activities.QualificationsActive, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in relevant jurisdiction and graduation from an accredited nursing program.Clinical experience in home health, mobile nursing, clinical research, or related patient-facing settings.Proficiency in blood draw , vital sign collection, electronic health records and digital platforms; ability to accurately document clinical activities and maintain data quality.Strong patient communication, education, and advocacy skills, with the ability to build trust and support diverse patient populations.Knowledge of clinical trial processes, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and relevant regulatory and ethical standards (or willingness to learn).Ability to work independently in remote settings, manage schedules, and travel locally for home or site visits as required.Demonstrated attention to detail, sound clinical judgment, and commitment to patient safety and confidentiality.CPR/BLS certification; advanced certifications or experience in specialized therapeutic areas are an advantage.Flexibility to adapt to evolving trial requirements and comfort working within multidisciplinary and international teams.
