We are seeking an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a full-time technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems. This position offers the opportunity to contribute directly to the comfort and satisfaction of our clients while adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.Key ResponsibilitiesInstall HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings, ensuring compliance with safety and operational standards.Perform troubleshooting and repair of HVAC units, diagnosing issues and implementing effective solutions.Provide excellent customer service, communicating clearly with clients regarding service needs and recommendations.Conduct routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems, identifying potential problems before they arise.Document service activities, including work completed and parts used, to ensure accurate record-keeping.Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in HVAC technology to enhance skills and service quality.Collaborate with team members and assist in training less experienced technicians as needed.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Proven experience in HVAC system installation, troubleshooting, and repair.Strong customer service skills to facilitate client interactions.Knowledge of safety protocols related to HVAC work.Industry-standard certifications are preferred.Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in the HVAC industry is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is preferred.This HVAC Technician role provides a structured environment where skilled professionals can thrive.
