Participate in training sessions to remain informed about advancements in AI translation technology. Track and report key metrics regarding translation accuracy and client satisfaction to help improve the service. Required and preferred qualifications Bilingual in English and another language; fluency is essential. High school diploma or equivalent required. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with translation software. Exceptional proofreading and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
