We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Receivable Executive to join our team in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India. This full-time position is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring our accounting processes run smoothly. As an Accounts Receivable Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our company's finances, directly impacting our overall financial health.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate accounts receivable records and ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.Prepare and send out billing statements and payment reminders to clients.Perform reconciliations of accounts and assist in the resolution of discrepancies.Provide support during the audit process related to accounts receivable.Collaborate with the finance team to prepare financial reports and forecasts.Monitor cash receipts and ensure compliance with GST and TDS regulations.Utilize MS Excel for data entry and management of financial records.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred).Basic knowledge of GST, TDS, and Indian accounting standards.Good knowledge of MS Excel.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Prior experience in accounts receivable or a related field is preferred.The ideal candidate will bring not only technical expertise but also a commitment to accuracy and efficiency in financial processes. You will work closely with other finance team members to ensure the integrity of our financial data, contributing to important company-wide financial objectives.As an Accounts Receivable Executive, you will be an integral part of a unified team, demonstrating accountability and a proactive approach in your interactions.
