We are seeking a Cleaning Subcontractor to join our team located in Brits, North West, South Africa. This contract position offers a competitive monthly compensation of ZAR 20,000. The role requires a high school diploma and a keen attention to detail to ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of various environments.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform routine cleaning tasks in assigned areas, ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained.Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to execute job duties efficiently.Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards identified during cleaning tasks.Follow all health and safety regulations in performing cleaning duties.Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized properly.Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate cleaning schedules.Participate in special cleaning projects as directed by management.Required and preferred qualificationsHigh School DiplomaAttention to DetailPrevious experience in cleaning or custodial work is advantageous.Familiarity with cleaning equipment and materials.Ability to follow instructions and work independently.This role will involve collaboration with other cleaning staff and possibly other subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed effectively. The position reports to a site supervisor or project manager who oversees the cleaning operations.Cross-functional collaboration may occur with maintenance and facilities management teams to address any operational needs or improvements in cleaning protocols.
