We are seeking an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer with expertise in CNC programming and operation to join our team in the Federal Republic of Germany. This contract position offers a competitive annual compensation of €80,000. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field and will play a crucial role in the manufacturing processes within the automotive sector, contributing significantly to the efficient operations of our production facilities.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement CNC programs to optimize manufacturing processes.Oversee the operation of CNC machines to ensure precision and quality in production.Collaborate with production teams to troubleshoot any issues with CNC machinery.Conduct regular assessments and maintenance of CNC equipment.Assist in the development of new manufacturing techniques to improve efficiency.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations throughout the manufacturing process.Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and operators.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.Proven experience in CNC programming and operation.Strong understanding of CNC machinery and its related tooling.Knowledge of automotive manufacturing practices is preferred.Proficiency with CAD/CAM software tools related to CNC operations.A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment is ideal.The Senior Manufacturing Engineer position reports directly to the Engineering Manager and works closely with both the production and quality assurance teams.
