Key Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute tasks accurately. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations at all times. Collaborate with project managers and other team members to coordinate task activities. Document daily site activities and report any discrepancies or potential delays. Support construction workers in daily tasks to enhance overall productivity. Required and Preferred Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. Proficient in reading blueprints and understanding construction safety procedures. Strong problem-solving skills, capable of adapting to changing circumstances. Previous experience in a construction-related role is preferred (1-3 years). Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is an asset. Relevant certifications in safety (e.g., OSHA) are a plus.
