Putco is seeking female bus drivers to join our team in Pretoria, Gauteng. This full-time position offers a stable compensation of ZAR 10,000 per month. As a bus driver, you will play a critical role in ensuring safe and efficient transportation for our passengers, thereby impacting the community's mobility and accessibility. The work environment emphasizes safety and professionalism on the road.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate buses safely and efficiently in compliance with traffic regulations.Ensure the comfort and safety of passengers while providing excellent service.Conduct regular pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the bus.Maintain accurate records of trips and required documentation.Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking as needed.Report any vehicle issues or incidents immediately to management.Follow assigned routes and schedules while being adaptable to changes as necessary.Required and preferred qualificationsValid driver's license is mandatory.Excellent driving skills with a strong focus on safety.Experience in driving larger vehicles is preferred, but not required.The technical environment consists of standard bus operation tools, and team interactions will primarily involve collaboration with dispatchers and maintenance staff.
