We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in assessing, developing, and implementing behavioral interventions for individuals with behavioral challenges. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation package. You will work in a collaborative environment where your expertise will directly impact the lives of individuals and their families.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments to understand clients' behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans.Implement applied behavior analysis (ABA) strategies to modify behaviors and promote skill development.Train and supervise behavior technicians and support staff in intervention methods.Monitor and evaluate client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on data.Collaborate with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure a cohesive approach to support.Document client progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with ethical and legal standards.Provide ongoing consultation and support to families and caregivers to facilitate generalization of skills.Required and Preferred QualificationsMaster's Degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, or a related field.Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA).Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members.Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and behavioral challenges is preferred.The BCBA will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, collaborating closely with other clinicians, educators, and support staff to deliver comprehensive care.
