Key Responsibilities Translate various documents from one language to another using AI-assisted tools while maintaining accuracy and tone. Review and proofread translated content to ensure quality and consistency throughout. Collaborate with project managers to understand the specific requirements of each document and client expectations. Edit and refine translated content based on feedback from clients and team members. Utilize technology effectively to streamline the translation process and improve turnaround time. Communicate clearly with team members regarding project updates, challenges, and successes. Assist in training and onboarding new team members on translation techniques and AI tools. Required and Preferred Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; additional language certifications preferred. Proficient in at least two languages, with strong communication skills in both. Computer skills and familiarity with AI translation tools are essential. Previous experience in proofreading and editing documents is highly desirable. Prior work experience in translation or language services (1-3 years) preferred.
