As a General Worker, you will be responsible for various tasks that require physical stamina, teamwork, and attention to detail.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in daily operations of the mining site under supervision.Perform manual labor tasks, including loading and unloading materials.Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals efficiently.Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor.Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required.Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth workflow.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Physical stamina and the ability to perform physically demanding tasks.Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work collaboratively with others.Attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.This position operates in a team-oriented environment where collaboration and communication are key.
