We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Lafayette, Louisiana. This full-time position offers a competitive compensation rate of $18 per hour. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our recruitment efforts and ensuring that we attract and hire the best talent for our organization.Key ResponsibilitiesActively engaging in the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.Developing job postings and outlining job requirements to attract potential candidates.Conducting reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.Coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers.Maintaining applicant tracking systems and updating candidate information as needed.Assisting in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.Collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.Strong communication skills to effectively interact with candidates and team members.Knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and hiring software.Previous experience in recruitment or human resources is preferred.The Recruitment Specialist will work within a collaborative team environment, directly interacting with hiring managers and department heads to ensure alignment on recruiting strategies and candidate selection.This role will report to the HR Manager and will require close collaboration with other HR team members as well as cross-functional teams to support overall talent acquisition goals.We look forward to finding a Recruitment Specialist who is passionate about connecting talent with opportunities and contributing to our organization's success.
