This full-time position involves maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of containers, ensuring they meet health and safety standards. The ideal candidate will possess a strong attention to detail, as your efforts will play a crucial role in the quality of our service and the satisfaction of our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform thorough cleaning of containers, both inside and outside, to ensure a high standard of cleanliness.Inspect containers for cleanliness and quality prior to dispatch.Efficiently operate cleaning equipment and tools.Report any damages or issues concerning the containers to the supervisor.Follow safety protocols and regulations during the cleaning process.Maintain a clean and organized work area.Assist in the inventory management of cleaning supplies.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven attention to detail.Previous experience in a cleaning or maintenance role is preferred but not mandatory.Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in a cleaning environment.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong time management and organizational skills.This role will primarily operate within a team structure, working under the supervision of a Cleaning Supervisor. Teams will collaborate to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met consistently.Reporting relationships involve direct communication with supervisors regarding cleaning procedures and inventory management. Container Cleaners will also engage with logistics and operations teams to coordinate cleaning schedules and assess container readiness.Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be necessary, especially when addressing any issues related to the containers that may arise during operations.
