Key Responsibilities Translate a variety of documents using AI-assisted tools, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevancy. Edit and proofread translated materials for clarity and consistency. Organize and file translation projects efficiently to meet deadlines. Communicate with project managers and team members about progress and challenges. Participate in regular training sessions to improve translation techniques and software proficiency. Maintain detailed records of work processes and outputs to track translation efficiency. Assist in the adoption of new tools and technologies that enhance the translation workflow. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bilingual with proficiency in at least two languages (including English). High school diploma or equivalent. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. Basic computer skills and familiarity with translation software. Effective communication skills for team interactions. Prior experience in translation or language-related fields is a plus but not required.
