We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Picker and Packer to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This full-time position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient handling and processing of orders. As a Picker and Packer, you will be involved in the daily operations that contribute directly to our shipment timelines and inventory management.Key ResponsibilitiesAccurately pick and pack orders based on customer specifications.Ensure that items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.Perform regular inventory checks and report discrepancies.Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.Communicate any issues or challenges to supervisors promptly.Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times.Required and preferred qualificationsCompleted 10th Grade.Basic English communication skills.Strong attention to detail.Prior experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred but not mandatory.The Picker and Packer will work closely with the warehouse team, reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor.
