This full-time role is essential in creating clear and concise documentation that communicates complex technical information to our audience. As a Technical Writer, you will be pivotal in helping to bridge the gap between technical concepts and the end-users, making sure that our materials are both accurate and easy to understand.Key ResponsibilitiesResearch, develop, and write high-quality technical documentation.Review, edit, and improve existing documentation to enhance clarity and usability.Collaborate with engineers and product managers to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.Organize and maintain documentation libraries for easy access to users.Help create user manuals, installation guides, and product specifications.Ensure all documents comply with company and industry standards.Assist in creating visual aids and diagrams to complement documentation.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering or Tech field with CGPA above 8.0.Excellent writing and editing skills.Proficiency in technical writing tools and software.Familiarity with industry-standard documentation practices.This role will involve collaboration with various teams, including engineering and product management, to ensure the accuracy and clarity of all documentation produced. You will be reporting directly to the Documentation Manager and will work closely with other writers and technical staff.In this position, you will also engage in cross-functional collaboration, gathering insights from different departments to produce comprehensive and user-friendly documentation.
