The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the financial operations of our organization, utilizing their expertise in financial analysis to support various banking functions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough financial analysis to assess the viability of banking products and services.Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.Support customer inquiries related to banking products and services with a focus on providing exceptional service.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline banking processes and improve overall efficiency.Participate in the development and implementation of new financial strategies to enhance revenue growth.Monitor and analyze market trends to identify potential opportunities and risks for the bank.Maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions in accordance with regulatory standards.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance or a related field.Strong financial analysis skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficient in financial modeling and reporting.Experience with financial software tools is preferred.1-2 years of experience in a banking or financial services environment is preferred.This role is expected to work closely with various internal teams, including finance and customer service, to ensure seamless banking operations.
