In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in creating and refining patterns that will be used in the production of garments. This position impacts the overall fit and appearance of the final products, making it essential for meeting our quality standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and develop garment patterns based on design specifications.Utilize sewing techniques to ensure patterns correspond accurately to garment production.Maintain a solid understanding of fabric characteristics to select the appropriate materials for patterns.Collaborate with designers and production teams to refine patterns and ensure they meet quality and design standards.Communicate effectively with team members to facilitate a smooth pattern creation process.Adjust and modify patterns based on fitting sessions and production requirements.Keep accurate records of pattern changes and updates for future reference.Must be in Experienced in Rich peace softwareRequired and preferred qualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proficiency in pattern drafting.Strong sewing techniques.Comprehensive knowledge of various fabrics and their properties.Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration.Experience in the fashion or apparel industry is preferred.The Pattern Master will typically work within a team setting, collaborating closely with designers and production staff.
