We are seeking a dedicated Machine Operator to join our team in Rustenburg, North West, South Africa. This full-time role offers a monthly compensation of ZAR 20,000. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of machinery in a manufacturing environment, making a significant impact on production quality and output.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate machinery in accordance with operational protocols and safety standards.Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal operation.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of machines to prevent downtime.Maintain accurate records of production output, machine performance, and maintenance activities.Collaborate with team members to achieve production targets and solve issues as they arise.Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.Assist in training new team members on proper machine operation techniques and safety practices.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Proven machine operation skills.Familiarity with relevant machinery and technical processes.Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.Previous experience in a manufacturing or similar role is preferred.This role is essential for maintaining production efficiency and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
