We are seeking a dedicated Personal Assistant and Social Media Manager to support our team in a full-time remote capacity. This role is pivotal in maintaining effective communication and organizational efficiencies within the business. As a Personal Assistant and Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for managing social media accounts while also assisting with various administrative tasks. This position is designed to have a significant impact on our operations, helping us to enhance our online presence and streamline our daily activities.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and schedule posts across various social media platforms to ensure consistent brand messaging.Assist with administrative duties such as email management and calendar scheduling to keep operations running smoothly.Monitor social media channels for engagement and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.Organize and prepare reports on social media performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments.Coordinate with other team members to align social media efforts with broader company initiatives.Support the development of marketing materials and campaigns as needed.Maintain a high level of organization in both social media management and administrative tasks to enhance productivity.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Proficiency in social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.This role may involve collaboration with various teams to enhance project outcomes and facilitate clear communication across the organization.The position reports directly to the senior management team, providing essential support for day-to-day operations.Cross-functional collaboration will be key, as you will work alongside marketing, administrative, and operational teams to achieve common objectives.
