We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Telecaller cum branch coordinator to join our team in Delhi, India. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in driving sales growth and building relationships with customers. This position is well-suited for individuals who thrive in a sales environment and have a passion for delivering exceptional service.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with potential customers to understand their needs and promote relevant products/services.Maintain and update customer information in our database.Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement effective sales techniques.Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to refine sales approaches.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's degree preferredProficient in Hindi with basic English communication skillsGood computer knowledge, especially in MS Excel and Google SheetsStrong sales skills with a confident and professional demeanorPrevious experience in a sales role is highly advantageousIn this role, you will be part of a dedicated sales team, collaborating closely with your colleagues to achieve collective targets. Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will work under their guidance while also having the autonomy to manage your own leads and opportunities.Cross-functional collaboration is essential, as you will liaise with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless service delivery.
