The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation to ensure a positive interaction with our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesInitiate contact with potential clients through phone calls to promote our products and services.Maintain and update the customer database with accurate information.Respond to customer inquiries and provide detailed information about products and services.Achieve sales targets by converting leads into customers through persuasive communication.Collaborate with the sales team to strategize and improve sales processes.Gather customer feedback to contribute to service improvement and customer satisfaction.Prepare and submit call reports to management for performance evaluation.Required and Preferred QualificationsBachelor's Degree in any field.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Proven sales skills with a customer service-oriented approach.Experience in a telemarketing or sales role is preferred but not mandatory.The successful Telecaller will be an essential part of our team, involved closely with sales and customer service.
