We are seeking a dedicated Picker/Packer to join our team in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu. As a critical part of our operations, this full-time position will involve accurately selecting and packaging products for shipment, ensuring efficiency and quality in our distribution processes. The Picker/Packer will play an essential role in maintaining the flow of operations and meeting customer expectations. Key Responsibilities Accurately pick products from inventory based on order specifications. Pack items securely and efficiently for shipment, ensuring all items are accounted for. Label packages and prepare them for delivery, maintaining organization in the packing area. Maintain accurate records of picked and packed items, ensuring proper documentation. Communicate effectively with team members to optimize workflow and resolve issues. Adhere to safety standards and company policies while performing tasks. Assist with basic stock replenishment and inventory management as needed. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required. Proven time management skills to meet tight deadlines. Attention to detail for accuracy in picking and packing orders. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Previous experience in a warehouse or similar role is preferred but not required. The Picker/Packer will work closely with warehouse operations and shipping teams to ensure a smooth workflow. Effective communication and teamwork will be essential for success in this role. This position will report directly to the Warehouse Supervisor. Cross-functional collaboration with other departments may be necessary to address product availability and customer inquiries.
