We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our team in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. As an essential part of the Human Resources department, the HR Coordinator will support various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication across different levels of the organization. This role plays a crucial part in enhancing employee experience and facilitating HR processes in a full-time capacity.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with recruitment processes, including job postings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accurate information management.Support onboarding processes for new hires by coordinating necessary paperwork and training schedules.Facilitate communication between employees and management regarding HR policies and procedures.Prepare and maintain reports on HR metrics such as employee turnover and recruitment activities.Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.Provide administrative support for various HR programs and initiatives.Required and preferred qualificationsBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in relevant HR software and tools.Previous experience in an HR role is preferred but not required.The HR Coordinator will work closely with various departments, reporting directly to the HR Manager. This role requires collaboration across teams to ensure HR policies are implemented effectively and to foster a cohesive work environment.Cross-functional collaboration will be essential, allowing the HR Coordinator to engage with team members from different departments and levels of the organization, facilitating effective communication and policy adherence.
