Collaborate with clients to understand their translation needs, deadlines, and any specific guidelines. Review and assess translated documents for quality and consistency, providing feedback when necessary. Manage project timelines effectively to ensure timely delivery of translated documents. Maintain a glossary of terms and phrases commonly used in documents for consistency across translations. Required and preferred qualifications High School Diploma with relevant translation experience. Proven proficiency in both Spanish and English, with a strong understanding of cultural nuances. Experience in translation and proofreading, ensuring high-quality outputs. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and ability to format documents effectively. 2+ years of relevant translation experience is preferred. Certification in translation or related fields is a plus.
