The primary objective is to provide effective solutions for clients in need of ignition key services, ensuring customer satisfaction and precision in every task performed.Key ResponsibilitiesAssess and diagnose ignition system issues to provide accurate repair and replacement services.Utilize locksmithing skills to create, duplicate, and program ignition keys for various vehicle makes and models.Maintain high attention to detail when handling sensitive ignition components to avoid damage.Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.Document all services performed and maintain accurate records of key replacements and repairs.Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and meet service demands.Continuously enhance problem-solving skills by staying updated with current ignition technologies and systems.Required and preferred qualificationsA valid Drivers licenseTools for the trade or the means to purchase the tools needed.A reliable vehicle.Proficient locksmithing skills, including knowledge of ignition systems.Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.Attention to detail in all tasks performed.Effective problem-solving abilities to overcome technical challenges.Technical skills with ignition systems to ensure accurate service delivery.This is a 1099 independent contractor position.
