We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Telecaller to join our team in Delhi. This full-time position offers an opportunity to engage with clients and drive sales within a professional work environment. The role is integral to achieving our business goals while providing exceptional service to our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.Record and maintain accurate information on customer interactions through relevant software.Follow-up on leads and nurture relationships to foster sales opportunities.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment on goals and strategies.Prepare reports on daily call activities and outcomes.Attend team meetings to discuss challenges, successes, and strategies for improvement.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients.Sales skills to promote and persuade customers regarding products/services.Experience in a telecalling or sales role is preferred but not mandatory.The Telecaller will work within a structured team environment where they will report directly to the Sales Manager.
