We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commission based Sales Representative to join our team. Our company is located in the United States. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and building strong relationships with clients. This role has a direct impact on the company’s growth and success through generating revenue and expanding our customer base.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities to meet targets.Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and recommend the appropriate products or services.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to effectively communicate our offerings.Follow up on leads and carry out negotiations to close sales.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the company’s CRM system.Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for maximizing sales in the market.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Proven sales skills with a track record of achieving targets.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales role is preferred.This role typically involves working in a collaborative team environment, where sales representatives will report to the Sales Manager.
