In this role, you will work in a technical environment that emphasizes problem-solving and customer support, directly impacting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform diagnostics and troubleshooting of semiconductor equipment to identify and resolve technical issues.Conduct routine maintenance and repairs to ensure equipment functionality and reliability.Work with robotics and automation systems, implementing necessary adjustments and improvements.Prepare and provide technical documentation related to service operations and equipment specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery and customer experience.Participate in project-related tasks, including installations and upgrades of semiconductor systems.Maintain records of service activities and customer interactions to track performance metrics.Required and Preferred QualificationsHigh School Diploma, GED, Technical Certification, Associate Degree, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.Experience with semiconductor equipment.Strong troubleshooting skills relevant to technical support.Knowledge of robotics and automation technologies.Proficient in technical documentation and safety protocols.This position operates in a structured team environment where collaboration and communication are essential. You will report to the Field Service Manager and regularly interact with customers to provide high-quality service.
